philosophy
I build the backends that logistics and commerce businesses run on — the ones where a wrong state transition loses a parcel and a rounding error is someone's money. Eleven years across Python/Django and PHP/Laravel, most of it spent turning messy operational reality into systems that hold their shape under load.
I care about the boring parts, because they are the parts that fail at 2am: state machines instead of status strings, double-entry ledgers instead of running totals, abstraction layers that let a tenth courier integration land without touching booking logic. Most recently that has meant architecting and solo-building a multi-tenant fulfillment SaaS now live with paying merchants, and co-founding Fulflit, where an LLM shipment assistant answers from production records behind a data boundary the model cannot influence.
